To carry out the solar radiation forecast, the angle of incidence of solar radiation is taken into account, which depends, among others, on the declination, latitude, inclination and hour angle. The weather forecast is also taken into account, since, for example, on a cloudy day we would only have diffuse radiation, much less than direct radiation.
